Looking for the 2009 IRS 1099-S forms?
The
IRS has not yet published the 2009 1099-S form. When we first
checked around the beginning of the year, the IRS publication
target date was January 14th. Since then, however, the date
has changed twice (it's currently January 27th) and may change
again.
As
soon as we can have them ready, the forms will be made available
to all Support & Maintenance Program clients using
Standard Conveyancer and Standard HUD & Title. The forms
will be delivered through the document Auto-Updater on your
system.
Most
Standard Conveyancer clients have been using the Auto-Updater
since early 2008 to get document updates. If your office still
does not have the Auto-Updater, please see the information below.
Standard
HUD & Title comes with the Auto-Updater installed, and
users do not need to do anything at this point.
Standard
Conveyancer Auto-Updater
The Standard Conveyancer Auto-Updater should be installed on
only one workstation in your office. If you are sure
your office does not yet have it, click
here to download the Standard Conveyancer Auto-Updater.
The
Auto-Updater requires Standard Conveyancer version 10.20.8.
To check your version, open Standard Conveyancer and click Help,
then About, then About Standard Conveyancer.
To
get version 10.20.8, click Help, then SC on the Web,
then Check for Web Updates. A Web page will open with
a link to download the update.
