As
of January 2010, coinciding with the release of the SC
2010 HUD-1, all updates are now sent through the Standard
Solutions Automatic Updater.
To
get updates, your Auto-Updater must be running in the
system tray (or notification area), in the lower-right
corner of your screen. In the picture below, the Auto-Updater
is the white newspaper icon, fifth from the left.
Each
computer that runs Standard Conveyancer must have the
Auto-Updater running. It starts when you log in to your
computer, as long as the program is in your Startup folder
on your Start menu. If your Auto-Updater is not running
please call for assistance.
Your
current SC version number can be found in the SC 2010
HUD-1 program. To check your version, navigate to the
new HUD-1 screen while in one of your closing files. Click
the Help menu, then "About Standard Solutions..."
Your version number is near the bottom of the screen and
begins with "CX." (The older part of Standard
Conveyancer is marked as version 10.20.8.)
