system and are here only for reference purposes.

This update includes forms 4506 (Rev. 4-2006) and
4506-T (Rev. 4-2006).
If you do not already have Version 10.20 or higher, download
the Cumulative IRS Forms package for 2006 before preceding
with this document update.
