Compatible Software Information:

•  Microsoft Windows:
  
  •  Windows 8; 8.1: 32-bit and 64-bit Supported.
  •  Windows 7: 32-bit and 64-bit Supported.
  •  Windows Vista: Supported.
  •  Windows XP Professional: Software will run, however XP is not recommended, as it is not longer supported by Microsoft.
    

    For all Windows versions, "Home" editions may present unforeseen problems in a business networking environment and are not recommended.
    

•  Microsoft Word:
  
  •  Word 2007-2013: Compatible with Windows 7, 8, 8.1, Vista, XP.
  •  Word 2003 w/SP3: Compatible with Windows Vista, XP.
    
    
•   For optional Accounting/Checkwriting feature:
  
  •  Intuit Quicken: Versions 2004-2015 supported. Versions 2004 and older are not compatible with 64-bit Windows OS.
  •  Intuit QuickBooks: Please call for specific information about your version of QuickBooks.

Computer Equipment Specifications:

•  Processor: Intel Dual-Core, minimum 2 GHz, or equivalent AMD chip. (Pentium/Celeron or AMD equivalent processor performance are not adequate.)
  
•  Memory (RAM): Minimum 2 GB for Windows Vista, 4GB recommended for Windows 7 and higher;
  
•  Hard Drive Space: Minimum 1 GB for program; 5 GB free space recommended for proper system operation.
  
•  Monitor: Minimum 1024x768 screen resolution.
  
•  Printer: Letter and legal paper sources required for auto-selection.
  
•  Networking: Windows server/workstation or peer-to-peer. Server 2003 and higher are supported.
