Most
Windows-compatible laser printers are compatible
with our Microsoft Word documents.
We
strongly recommend purchasing a printer with dual
(letter/legal) automatic paper feed capabilities.
Some lower-priced printers have more than one
paper source, but there is no way to set them
to automatically pull from the correct source.
In general, look for a setup menu on the top or
front of the printer that lets you designate a
letter and a legal size paper source. Please check
with us if you would like more information.
While
all laser printer technology is improving, in
the past we have found Hewlett Packard printers
to be superior in performance and reliability
to other printers. Examples of Hewlett Packard
