HUD-1 updates and software training

Updates: If you responded to us that you need the new HUD-1 early to do closings for Wells Fargo or another lender and you have not yet gotten your update, you will be getting it this week. The update will be available to all other clients as a download on our Web site the following week. You will get information before then about how to find the download on our Web site.

Training: Due to the shortage of time and overwhelming demand, organized group trainings will begin the first week of January. In speaking with people over the past weeks, it has become clear that the vast majority will not be closing a loan with the new HUD-1 before the end of the year. Individual help will be provided as needed to anyone needing to close with the new HUD-1 in December.

Don't Forget! Only loans originated with a new GFE may be closed with the new HUD-1 — all others must close with the old HUD-1. Unless you lender is switching over in mid-December, a January training will be more relevant for you. There will be as many training dates as necessary in January.
