RESPA
updates in early distribution; Wells Fargo news
We're
working our way though clients who need the HUD-1 early for
Wells Fargo or other early adopters of the new GFE. Many of
you are concerned about Wells Fargo, who originally said they
would be using the new GFE for originations starting December
5th. The latest news from Wells Fargo is that they are putting
off their implementation of the new GFE to an unspecified time
in mid-December.
Training: If
you responded to our announcement about group training at our
office in Malden, we have your name on a list. If you have
not yet responded, please
let us know if you are interested in attending a training
session (and how many people might attend).
