2009 IRS 1099-S forms now available
The
IRS has released the 2009 1099-S form. The IRS1099M and IRS1099I
forms for your software have been updated and are available
for all Support
& Maintenance Program clients.
The forms were posted last night for download and installation
through the document Auto-Updater on your system.

the Auto-Updater, please call us or click
here for more information.
Standard
HUD & Title comes with the Auto-Updater installed, and
users do not need to do anything at this point.
2008
IRS 1099-S Year-End Processing
Due
to an e-mail glitch, a small number of Standard Conveyancer
clients were given an extension of time to sign up for 1099
Year-End Processing for electronic filing with the IRS. The
extended deadline is the end of this week: January 31st.
