PARKING
at 110 Florence Street:
Turn
onto Ramsdell Road beside our building and turn left into
the parking garage. The gate will open for you. Visitor
spaces are on the right side and are painted green - please
do not park in any of the reserved spaces. Take the elevator
to the first floor and turn left after passing through the
lobby.
FROM
THE NORTH I-95/Rte. 1:
Take
I-95 South to Route 1 South. Pass the Square One Mall on
right and take next exit (Essex Street/Melrose). Travel
straight through the stop sign and a set of lights (mall
parking lot on right). Continue for 2 miles to the next
set of lights and take a left onto Lebanon Street. Follow
past Stephen’s Auto (right) and a cemetery (right), then
turn right onto Forest Street just after a school.
Follow this winding road the next lights and turn left onto
Main Street. Continue to third set of lights and turn
right onto Florence Street. We are located at 110
Florence Street, a brick building one block up on the right.
FROM
THE NORTH I-93:
Take
I-93 South to Exit 33 (Fellsway West/Winchester). Take the
third exit off the rotary (Rt. 28 South/Fellsway West/Malden)
and be sure to stay to the right so as not to return
to Rt. 93! Follow this road for 0.8 miles until you come
to a set of lights at Rt. 60 (Sunoco diag. to left and Foodmaster
diag. to right). Turn left at this light and follow Rt.
60 for 0.9 miles, traveling through 4 lights. At the 5th
light, turn left onto Commercial Street (with the Malden
“T” station remaining on your left). Drive 0.4 miles, though
3 sets of lights as the road bears to the right. We are
located at 110 Florence Street, a brick building on the
left.
FROM
THE SOUTH I-93:
Route
93 North to Exit 32 (Rt. 60 Medford Square/Malden). Take
the first right out of the rotary onto Route 60 East (Malden,
Revere). Follow this road for 1.6 miles, passing through
6-7 sets of lights. At the next lights, with the Malden
“T” station on the left, turn left onto Commercial Street
(with the Malden “T” station remaining on your left). Drive
0.4 miles, though 3 sets of lights as the road bears to
the right. We are located at 110 Florence Street, a brick
building on the left.
