Important Standard Solutions Support Information

Dear Valued Client,

As we have previously informed you, Standard Solutions, Inc. has closed its title and closing software business effective December 31, 2016, after nearly three decades of dedication to the industry.

Technical support and document updates will continue to be provided by Standard Support, a new entity formed by Ken Foster with the assistance of Standard Solutions. Future Maintenance & Support Plan billings will be issued directly by Standard Support. 

Ken has over 17 years of experience training and supporting Standard Conveyancer users. Many of you know Ken as a resource for learning about TRID, dealing with unusual closings, and helping you with your Standard and Quicken software. Ken has been our lead support person at Standard Solutions for a number of years now. Finally, as some of you know, Ken is an attorney, and has been of help to many of our clients dealing with complex closing situations.

Standard Support will have all the support tools and resources of Standard Solutions. Services and updates for Standard Conveyancer, SC Closing Center, and Standard HUD & Title will include:

•  Document updates to keep you current with IRS, title insurance, and loan document changes.
•  Installation and setup of new title insurance document packages and rates.
•  Development and setup of custom documents.
•  Help and training for new users of the software.
•  Help understanding features and with dealing with special situations.
•  Help with technical problems and installing your software on new computers.
•  Help with backup and recovery services for your SC data and other files.
