Updated New Hampshire CD-57 forms
If
you do closings in New Hampshire, you are likely aware that
the Department of Revenue Administration has published new
CD-57 forms. The new forms are fillable pdfs that dynamically
generate a bar code at the top of each page to encode the information
the user has filled into the form.
According
to the Department, you need to use the forms from their web
site as they supply them. The forms cannot be generated as MS
Word documents from programs such as Standard Conveyancer. On
the
Department's web site are links to the forms and instructions
on using them. The Department recommends using Internet Explorer
rather than other browsers, and recommends you update to the
latest version of Adobe Reader XI.

for Auto
Pressing
Alt-A while on any screen in your file brings up a list of automatic
calculations and functions.
For
instance, to override Line 901, press Alt-A and uncheck "Prepaid
Interest." To have payoffs go to the HUD-1 (or not), use
"Payoffs to HUD."
Many
of the automatic calculations work in conjunction with the settings
found on the Attributes screen, so if you are not getting the
result you want, please call for help.
Also,
remember you can set your preferred settings for automatic calculations
and attributes in your Standard Model File!
